At the Y, we’re all about empowering teens! That’s why we’re excited to launch our new Teen Center, designed to be the ultimate after-school hangout for middle and high school students. Whether you’re looking to relax with friends, dive into fun activities, or take part in teen-driven programs, this space is yours! With excellent staff, a safe environment, and endless ways to have fun, the Teen Center is where teens in grades 6-12 can thrive. A YMCA membership is required, but we offer a Membership for All financial assistance program to ensure that cost is not a barrier to participation.

Teen Workout Challenge

Are you ready to kick off a workout routine and win awesome gift cards to your favorite spots, such as Starbucks, Dunkin, Flips, and Subway?

Swing by the Teen Center each day to grab your workout log and head up to the wellness center, join a Wednesday group fitness class, or hit the gym for a 30+ minute workout! After finishing, return to the Teen Center to submit your log and snag a raffle ticket for our weekly drawing.

You can earn one ticket per day, up to five per week, with workouts completed during Teen Center hours. Just remember to pick up and return your log each afternoon to participate.
