Looking to compete in a triathlon? Coach Jessica can help you! Whether you are a beginner or experienced triathlete, marathoner, runner, cyclist or swimmer, she will provide you with in-depth knowledge of how to properly train for these events. Jessica Rangel is a USAT Level 2 and Level 2E Certified Coach. She is also an Ironman Certified Coach® and USMS Level 2 Swim Coach. Private, partner, small group and customized training plans are available with Coach Jessica.

Denise has been a member of the Y staff since 2015. She is currently the Chronic Disease Coordinator, a group exercise instructor, and a personal trainer. She enjoys working with members of all ages, backgrounds and abilities, in various environments like the studio and the Wellness Center.

She had taken time off as a college Spanish professor to be at home with her daughter when she discovered a YMCA close to her home. Jessica has been at the B.R. Ryall YMCA since 2021 and loves working for the Y and being immersed in the community.

Megan is a former elementary school teacher who has always had a passion for teaching, fitness, coaching, and learning. In 1996, she began coaching swim team, and since then, she has taught countless hours of swim lessons, as well as cycling, running, rowing, and functional fitness coaching. Megan obtained her ACE Personal Training Certification in 2017 and has since taught both small groups and one-on-one sessions as well as cycling classes. During her free time, she enjoys backpacking, water skiing, cheering on Purdue sports teams, and spending time with family and friends.

He has since dedicated his career to building stronger athletes and individuals, both physically and mentally. Jaden aims to inspire clients to push their limits in the gym and in life.

Terence began his fitness career coaching basketball and working with young athletes. He took an interest in helping the athletes strengthen their bodies and overall skill. His approach to fitness emphasizes age-appropriate programming with a specific focus on stability and strength training in combination with cardiovascular and flexibility training.
